Returns & Exchanges

Maison Margiela offers a complimentary return service for all orders within 30 days of delivery, provided items are returned in their original condition with all security tags attached. Please note that personalized items, fragrances, and sealed products opened after delivery are not eligible for return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit the 'Orders' section of your account or use the 'Check Order' link to generate a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring the Maison Margiela authenticity cards and tags are included, then securely seal the box using the provided adhesive strip.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Affix the pre-paid shipping label included in your original shipment to the outside of the box, covering any previous delivery information to ensure accurate routing.

• 4.
  Schedule a Collection

  Contact the designated courier to arrange a complimentary home pickup or drop off your package at an authorized service point to begin the transit to our warehouse.
